Group ICRA comprises four businesses, namely, Credit Rating, Management Consulting, IT and Information Services / KPO Services, which are offered by four different companies, namely, ICRA Limited, and three wholly-owned subsidiaries, ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited (IMaCS), ICRA Techno Analytics Limited (ICTEAS) and ICRA Online Limited. ICTEAS has a wholly-owned subsidiary, ICRA Techno Analytics Inc., in the US. Launched in 1991 in India, ICRA has been set up by a number of prominent Indian financial institutions, banks, and insurance companies. In September 2001, Moody's Investment Company India (Private) Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Moody's Investors Service, USA became the single-largest shareholder in ICRA. ICRA Limited is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India.
