Hiring and retaining quality employees is a priority for us. In an industry that is accustomed to seeing its knowledge “walk out of the door”, we are proud of a retention rate that is higher than the industry average.

We provide our services and support on a 24x7 basis (including holidays). Our work-day is split across three segments:
Clients located in time zones ahead of us: We start work at a very early hour to coincide with their start-of-business day timings;
Clients located in our time zones: Working hours coincide with that of our clients;
Clients who are located in later time zones: We offer two kinds of services –
 
Back-end services are provided during our normal business hours and the output is made available to them at the start of their business day, which enables them to take advantage of the time zone difference.
Real-time based support services that are required during the business hours of the clients are provided by sections of our team working on late-evening and night shifts.
